Booking and Cancellation Terms 

💳 Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay.

Payment of this deposit confirms the booking and constitutes acceptance of these booking and cancellation terms.

The remaining balance of 70% must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date.

For bookings made 14 days or less before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking. 

📅 Cancellation by the guest

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

30 days or more before the arrival date:  Cancellation is free of charge. Any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.

Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: The 30% deposit of the total booking amount remains due and is non-refundable.

14 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount is due and non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

Any bank or transaction fees that are not refunded by the payment provider may remain the responsibility of the guest, where permitted by applicable regulations. We recommend that guests take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

🔄 Booking modifications

Any request to change the booking dates must be made in writing and is subject to the availability of the property. Changes may result in a price adjustment depending on the new dates selected. Any modification is only confirmed once written confirmation has been provided by La Conciergerie del Sol. 

🏠 Cancellation by La Conciergerie del Sol

In the event of exceptional circumstances making the booked property unavailable, including force majeure, damage to the property or circumstances beyond our control, La Conciergerie del Sol will endeavour, whenever possible, to offer accommodation of an equivalent standard. If no suitable alternative can be provided, all amounts paid for the booking will be refunded.

🔐 Security deposit

Depending on the property booked, a security deposit may be required before arrival. The amount and applicable conditions are specified in the property listing or in the information provided for the accommodation. The security deposit will be returned after departure, provided that no damage, missing items or breaches of the house rules are identified.

📋 House rules

Conditions relating to **arrival and departure, mandatory guest registration, pets, respect for neighbours, smoking, air conditioning, electricity and electric vehicles are detailed separately in the House Rules section. Confirmation of a booking also implies acceptance of these rules.
